    During the assembly, each component is inspected for quality and precision. The planet gears are aligned and inserted into the planet carrier, which holds them in place. The carrier is then connected to the input shaft, while the sun gear is meshed with the planet gears. Finally, the outer ring gear is installed, completing the gear arrangement.

Can multi-stage planetary gearbox be combined in a single gearbox?
Multi stage planetary gearbox refers to a transmission system composed of multiple planetary gearboxes, used to achieve more complex transmission requirements. Multiple planetary gearboxes can be combined to form a multi-level planetary gearbox system.
In a multi-level planetary gearbox system, each planetary gearbox has its own input and output shafts, which are connected in series or parallel through the connection of the shafts. Series connection refers to the output shaft of one planetary gearbox serving as the input shaft of the next planetary gearbox, with multiple planetary gearboxes connected in sequence to form a continuous transmission chain. Parallel connection refers to the connection of the input and output shafts of multiple planetary gearboxes together, achieving simultaneous transmission of multiple planetary gearboxes.
By combining multi-stage planetary gearboxes, a wider range of transmission ratios, higher load-bearing capacity, and better dynamic performance can be achieved. Can planetary gearbox be used in dusty or corrosive environments?
Yes, planetary gearboxes can be used in dusty or corrosive environments. However, this requires taking some preventive measures to ensure its normal operation and extend its service life.
In dusty environments, dust may enter planetary gearboxes, causing wear on gears and bearings. To prevent this situation, dust covers or sealing devices can be installed on the outer shell of the planetary gearbox to reduce the entry of dust. In addition, the planetary gearbox should be regularly cleaned to remove any dust and debris inside.
